Things that tick me off: Elevators

Why is it that people have no understanding of how to use an elevator?

1) If I'm in the elevator and the door opens, people waiting to get on should give me an opportunity to get off first. That way there's somewhere for them to stand in the freaking thing!

2) If the elevator is crowded and stops and I need to get off and I'm in the back of the elevator and you're in front of the door, just step out of the elevator and let me off then get back in. Don't try to slide around people. It's just weird

3) If you must apply hairspray, perfume or other products making clean air around you in short supply, wait 5 minutes before getting on the elevator. The security camera doesn't care about you.

4) Why is it that the elevator in the parking deck at work is the slowest ever? I've beaten people up 3 flights of stairs who were getting on as I passed them. Geez.
