I'm getting ornery in my old age

There must be something wrong with my medula oblongata b/c something is pissing me off every time I turn around.

Here's the latest.

1) Are the sex offenders paroled or aren't they? If the state feels like they should be out of jail, then leave them alone. Otherwise, leave their pedophilic behinds in the slammer and don't fool with this crap! Personally, I vote for option 2.

2) Why the hell are the poor kids in this town only getting 2 hours of Halloween 3 days before the actual day of Halloween? And in the afternoon! Kinda makes all the glow-in-the-dark costumes look silly.

3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10) WHAT HAPPENED TO PARENTAL SUPERVISION?!?!?! When I was a child, I could not go trick-or-treating without a parent or a friend's parent with us. I don't think anyone would ask Harry Potter to rub their Sorcerer's Stone if his Mom were standing right behind him.

This does bring up a good point about state's rights though. Can a state with tough sex offender laws prohibit a parolled offender from a state with lax sex offender laws from living within that state? Basically, "If you'd done that in our state, you'd still be in jail, so get out of here!"
