This would piss me off...
I'm not sure what to think of this. I agree about the stupidity of the low speed limits, but doing something like this is not going to change anybody's mind.
What happens when someone (well, 4 people) try to go the speed limit on I-285
Update: Actually, I'd be much more interested to see the results of one car driving around Atlanta's interstates at the speed limit in the 2nd or 3rd lane... I bet there would be more accidents resulting than from the stunt above.

Ah, college. I too remember the days when I knew everything, and "see, I can logically prove the idiocy of the speed limit by driving in such a manner as to potentially get someone killed".
yes, ignorance is bliss. but the naivity displayed in that student project was about the dumbest thing I have ever seen anyone do in the name of science. and oh by the way, it is illegal in Georgia to block overtaking traffic in the left lane. Nice going, geniuses.
