Explosives at Tech
In between Cloudman and Glenn, apparently.
The custodian found the three devices about 9 a.m. in a plastic-type garbage bag, Moss said. When he picked up the bag, one exploded, as it was designed to do when handled. The explosives were made up of chemicals placed inside plastic bottles and could have seriously injured someone, officials said. Numerous agencies were on the Georgia Tech campus to search for suspects. They're calling it a terrorist act, but I'm not inclined to think it's part of anything larger. From that description it seems like something a disgruntled chemistry student would come up with. Plus, if it were a professional bomb, it would seem more likely to have been a much bigger explosion. Hopefully they'll release more details soon.

This sounds like the typical overblown prank. But I guess homeland security has to do something nowadays.
Probably leftovers from freshman chem lab. Or else dry ice is involved... check the dramatech groupies.
Yep, it was a student.
Go figure.
